All gemstones are described as accurately as possible. Natural gemstones may have minor variations in colour, size, and inclusions — these are characteristics of genuine stones and not defects. Certification details are provided for each product.
Prices are listed in the currency shown on the site and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price at the time of order placement is the price you pay.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept payments via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets). AstroSarthee does not store payment credentials.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us on WhatsApp or email. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible — please refer to our Refund Policy for returns.
